Reply from the colour flooring company. I was sent the wrong colour flooring which the company took a number of days to rectify causing inconvenience and delay. Ours is a hard wearing commercial standard product so any pressure marks caused by heavy furniture etc will bounce out over time once the item is removed and the floor will return to its original flat smooth surface. We scoured the high street and the internet but all we could find was a huge range of vinyl flooring in fleck.

It looks really lovely it s soft it brightens the room up and its easy to clean as we discovered after the unauthorised painting session our 7 year old performed on the newly laid yellow floor. Unhelpful in response telling me we should had kept it at a particular humidity level to prevent splitting and advising we buy.
