Embed review 4 19 2019 we have used chem dry by the butler multiple times and each service has been amazing. Very thorough and managed to remove a stain i thought was permanent. He does an excellent job and will come back if the stain is having difficulty coming up. Work crew was prompt even called ahead to tell me they might be late then showed up on time anyway.
