The black dog have always been alien musicians and altough you can feel the detroit influence all over the place there is something to it an aura which is the only one the dog touch. Probably one of the most underrated releases from the warp records catalog black dog productions bytes is a classic piece of golden era ambient techno from start to finish. The album consists of tracks by produced by the members of the group ed handley andy turner and ken downie under various aliases including plaid close up over xeper atypic i a o discordian popes and balil. Had two copies both awful get the regular issue on black vinyl.
